Only buyers who actually completed a purchase through BuildMatch can write a review here, and every review is read by a moderator before it appears.
How we keep reviews honest
- A review can only be attached to a purchase that reached completion — the platform refuses to record one otherwise, so an anonymous visitor or an unhappy competitor cannot post here.
- Nothing publishes automatically. A moderator approves or rejects every review before it becomes visible.
- Reviewers choose the name their review appears under, so a real buyer can stay recognisable without publishing their full identity.
- We don't remove reviews for being critical. If we ever reject one, it will be for a reason we can state — not because it was unflattering.
